Unison Health and Community Services was formed by a voluntary merger of New Heights Community Health Centres and York Community Services. While both organizations have their own unique history, over the years they shared a common goal of building healthy communities.
Our mission is to support, enhance and contribute to the development of healthy communities, families and individuals by providing a broad range of human services in partnership with the community. We are a community-based, non-profit organization offering primary health care, legal, counselling and community programs within an inter-disciplinary environment primarily to current residents of Central West Toronto (former City of York).

Kensington Health Centre
Kensington Health Centre is a not-for-profit health care organization focusing on health and wellness services for seniors and people of all ages. Kensington Health Centre coordinates Kensington Gardens, a comprehensive, 350 bed long-term care home. Three of the beds are designated as 'short-stay/respite' beds available for short term relief care for the community. Residents at Kensington Gardens are assisted with daily living, under the direction of professionally registered staff, exceeding the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care standards.
